By accessing or using CallKami ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
CallKami provides AI-powered meeting assistance tools, including audio transcription, screen capture analysis, and real-time suggestions. The Service requires you to provide your own Anthropic API key for LLM functionality.
You are solely responsible for how you use the Service. You acknowledge that the use of AI assistance tools may be subject to policies set by your employer, educational institution, or the organizer of any meeting or interview in which you participate. It is your responsibility to understand and comply with all applicable rules, policies, and laws. CallKami does not encourage or endorse the use of the Service in violation of any third-party policies.
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. CallKami does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any AI-generated content. All suggestions, code solutions, and analysis provided by the Service may be inaccurate or incomplete. Any decisions you make based on the Service's output are made at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CallKami and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, employment opportunities, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service. In no event shall CallKami's total liability exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Service is offered on a monthly subscription basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing management portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
The Service requires you to provide your own Anthropic API key. You are responsible for all charges incurred through your API key usage. CallKami is not responsible for any costs, outages, or issues arising from third-party API providers.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. You must notify us immediately at contact@callkami.com if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
